Scan & Go Express

We have begun implementing a new document scannings process to deliver your paperwork. You will be able to scan in all of your paperwork at the Scan & Go Express kiosks at any Flying J truck stop. We are then able view those scanned documents. The Scan & Go Express is the newest and fastest scanning equipment. Please use the 'EXPRESS' kiosk. This is a touch screen system, even the keyboard is on the touch screen.

The first step is to swipe your TCH fuel card. You will then be lead through all the steps to scan a document. Remember that your finger is the mouse. You make selections from the screen by touching it with your finger. If you have problems or questions you can pick up the phone on the kiosk and talk to someone in customer service or ask the desk clerk.

Scan & Go Express Please note the following requirements:

 

  1. You cannot be paid for a trip until all documents for that trip are scaned correctly. They must be right side up and legible. If you see a problem when reviewing a document on screen rescan it.
  2. Write the trip number on the top of each document
  3. Scan the trip envelope first then all the other documents
  4. Correctly identify each piece of paper during the scan process. All documents must be right side up and legible.
  5. Write 'SCANNED' and the date & time on the trip envelope when finished. A confirmation that the documents have been sent will print out.  Keep that for your records. Wait a day before mailing.

It will be very important that you obtain all of your PO's for each trip before you empty-call that trip. Also, you must scan all the documents as soon as possible after emptying the load. Do not hold all the documents for a trip and scan several at a time later.The payroll cutoff time for scanned trips is midnight Tuesday night CST each week.

After scanning, please put all the paperwork back in the trip envelope and drop it in a regular mail box after 24 hours or bring it to the terminal. Please do not put it in Trip Pak.
