OTR Driver Pay Scale

Singles	Teams
.37 - .44 cpm	.40 - 42 cpm

Future Increases

Single drivers will receive ½ cent increase each 6 months up to .44 cpm

Team drivers will receive a ½ cent increase each 6 months up to .42 cpm
.20 per driver) the increase will be split between each driver.

All CPM paid on PC Miler shortest distance:

*8 cents per mile per diem for Singles
*6 cents per mile per diem for each Team driver

Pick-up and Drop pay per truck:

1st FREE
2nd $15.00
3rd $15.00
4th $20.00
5th $20.00

Over 5 add $5.00 for each additional pick-up or drop

Layover Pay:

$25.00 after first 24 hours
$25.00 each additional 12 hours thereafter

Loading and Unloading:

ALL AUTHORIZED loading & unloading paid by company

Detention Pay

Detention pay will be paid to the driver when available from customer

Time Off

1.5 days off for every 7 days out ( maximum accrued time off – 4.5 days)
