AFTER 1 YEAR: $0.340
AFTER 2 YEARS: $0.350

START: $0.410 split equally

Pick-Up and Drop Pay per truck

1st: FREE
2ND: $15.00
3RD: $15.00
4TH: $20.00
5TH: $20.00
Over 5, add $5.00 for each additional pick-up or drop

ALL cents per mile paid on PC Miler Shortest Distance

NOTE:
.08 cents per mile per diem for Singles and .06 cents per mile per diem for TEAMS is included in the rates.

Example:
.35 = .27 plus .08 per diem= total of .35

$25.00 AFTER FIRST 24 HOURS $25.00 EACH ADDITIONAL 12 HOURS THEREAFTER

ALL AUTHORIZED loading and unloading paid by the company

Detention Pay will be paid to the driver when available from customer

Must stay out 21 days, off 4.5 days
