Employees are eligible to participate in a group health and life plan on the first of the month following 90 days of full-time employment. The employee is responsible for meeting the enrollment requirements.

In-network benefits: Choice of a $5,000 deductible per person (up to $10,000 per family) or a $2,5000 deductible per person (up to $5,000 per family)

OTHER BENEFITS

Additional Life Insurance: Available first of month after 90 days of employment. Plans available for employee spouse or dependent children. Cost based on age and policy amount.

Short Term Disability Insurance: Available first of month after 90 days of employment. Cost - $5.20/weekly.

Paid Vacation: After one year One week paid vacation

Weekly Settlements: All trip envelopes received by Tuesday midnight will be paid on the following Monday and Direct Deposited into your account, trip packs provided

Driver Referral Bonus: No Referral Bonus

Rider Program: $25.00 monthly (passengers must be 18 years of age to qualify for rider program)
